email not showing up

If anyone runs into a problem like this, please check two things
before contacting us:

	- Did your post show up in the pianotech archives?  Check here:
		http://ptg.org/pipermail/pianotech.php/

	- Did you receive a "bounce" message back (an automatic reply
	  containing an error message).  If so, we'll need to see it
	  in order to help.

Once you have the answers to the above, please include that information
as you ask for help from admin at ptg.org.  Please do not mail pianotech
or me directly, as your problem might not get attention that way.
