 Hi Don,

I? believe Kawai will sell the carbon parts.? They will be a bit more costly than the generic parts available from supply houses, and I'm not sure if they will work with a Samick;? I know from experience that that the hammer butts are NOT interchangeable, however.?

Pianotek sells generic parts for Asian pianos.? Schaff probably does too.

Subject: hammer flanges

Hi all,

Does anyone know if a standard hammer flange will fit a Samick SU-121MS
(serial number IJD04033)? It has butt plates which no one ever bothered to
tighten--so over 50% of the flanges are shot. It would be so nice if new
shiny flanges will fit.

Does Kawai sell their fancy carbon impregnated parts yet?
