E-mailing reminders

Cant say that I've tried that yet... and what with the enormous amounts 
of spam folks have to filter through... I sometimes wonder how email 
functions as a buisness medium at all. After just 15 years of emailing 
I've had to close down 2 accounts because of being spam swamped. I have 
another one set on a "on vacation" setting.

I'm convinced tho that web-based business is the way to go for the 
future. I'm getting more and more calls from people who find me on the 
net.

    Does anyone e-mail tuning reminder?notices to customers? What kind
    of results do you get? How do you set up your "system"?
