I make an appointment before I leave, like the dentist.

I used to have postcards preprinted but recently have just been buying blank
cards. I print the cards myself on my printer using a template I created
from MS Word. That way I can customize the reminder card for the group for
the month (or any one individual for that matter) and let them know about
other things: pianos for sale, information tidbits, whatever I chose. Flip
the cards over and print the mailing side from your data base merge or print
mailing labels. You can do your return address as well that way or simply
have the cards preprinted with your return address only.

VistaPrint has some really good deals on right now:  100 postcards for free,
if you use their graphics and standard layouts (S/H extra but not
exorbitant).  I haven't seriously checked out their cards.
