Well, I'm not Mike (I'm guessing this was supposed to be private), but I'd use some Liquid Wench. Wait a while and let it soak in. Use a Dremel with a cutoff wheel to dress up the slot (or cut a new one). Or just replace the bumper...

Hey Mike,

I'm trying to remove the two screws that hold the lisence plate on my car. They are rusted and stuck fast.

The slots for a screwdiver are stripped, I was able to grab the edge of the screws with vice grips but they will not turn. I spayed with PB but they still wouldn'b budge. What else can I do?

Thanks,

David
