stuck bolts

Cut slots deeper, with a Dremel tool. 
Then be sure to use a screwdriver with a large enough tip.

  Hey Mike,

  I'm trying to remove the two screws that hold the lisence plate on my car.  They are rusted and stuck fast.  

  The slots for a screwdiver are stripped, I was able to grab the edge of the screws with vice grips but they will not turn.  I spayed with PB but they still wouldn'b budge.  What else can I do?
