Any ideas on how to tighten/-insert screws that hold the damper lever
flanges in Boston grands?
The only way I see to get access to all three screws is pull the sostenudo
system, pull out the dampers, then lift the lever 90 degrees to expose the
flange and screw hole.

Any ideas?

PS - this is a constant problem with Boston's here in Colorado, their wood
doesn't seem to be cured sufficiently for this altitude. I can usually use a
small flat head to tighten, but when they're out, what do you do?
