Hello List.

Last night I tuned a 20 year old Baldwin upright.  Nice piano, generally.
However, three keys had an annoying click when releasing the key.  It
doesn't matter how hard or soft the key is played, even if you press the key
so slowly it doesn't even touch the string, when you release, it clicks when
released.  I have looked at everything I can think of to find it, and was
just about to pull the action when the customer said they had to go
somewhere, so we'll take care of it next week.  Repreieve.  Can you give me
some ideas for things to look for?  Let me know if you need more information
for a DD (Distance Diagnosis).
