Did you ever hear this one?

I have at least 2 or 3 customers who could swear that the touch improves  
after a good tuning, even though I did absolutely no mechanical work - -just a  
good tuning. Anybody out there ever hear this from a customer?
Is it purely psychological or are there ghosts and goblins at work?
