It goes without saying that anyone who would choose a piano from a picture on 
their computer is, by definition, a pretty undiscerning customer. 
 
If we agree on that then there is little for them to complain about. Sorry if 
that sounds jaded, but if someone does not take the time to educate 
themselves and simply buys a picture, I suppose they will wind up with a nice looking 
piano. If that is their goal, they won't be asking for much service anyway.
