It's purely a business decision, and depends upon your local market 
conditions. Do you expect expensive damage to the chairs or benches? If so, it's a 
matter of weighing how much that will cost you, plus the capital cost of sturdy 
chairs or benches; versus the loss of business you have reported due to not 
supplying them.
