Extreme jumpiness

Ditto to what Mike said, plus garfield treated blocks can turn  jumpy, and 
more than likely the original pins were jumpy.  If one  replaces loose, jumpy 
pins with larger pins, one ends up with tight, jumpy  pins.  Once jumpy, always 
jumpy.  I've tried varnish in the hole,  talcum powder, reaming, and nothing 
seems to work.
