REcapping the bridge

I use pony clamps http://www.adjustableclamp.com/cl-3300.htm and Bolduc
Glue. Rough cut the caps to precalculated height plus a mm or two. Plane,
scrape and sand to final height. Cut little wooden spacers to protect the
side and top of the bridge from clamp marks-another use for those Renner
action parts sticks. .

To continue this superb thread on bridge work where the bridge remains on
the panel, and the panel remains inside the rim: what are our esteemed
readers preferred methods for gluing on the new cap?
