Cut off bars and resonant frequency

The bass and lower tenor are out of the affected area, so I'd 
say no. I'd also presume that when adding a cutoff, you'd also 
make whatever adjustments to rib number and dimensions that 
you considered reasonable, so it shouldn't come up.
