A new scenario for me

Phil -
Thanks for the additional information (GA-1E).  You unfortunately 
create some new confusion by now referring to replacing "wire".  Is 
Yamaha offering to sell you plain wire or bass strings?  I didn't 
think they were still in the business.  What size piano is this? and 
how old, that it needs to be restrung?  I'm betting you're going to 
have to revise your price anyway, after going through David Love's 
list.  Don't forget to include correspondence time, like this.  ("I")
