Rick,Tom's suggestion is worth considering but I'd say double and triple
check how well you've seated the action back in the piano. How long was the
action out of the piano? If it's been sitting in your shop, out of the piano
for a while, I suppose its possible increased humidity could have swollen
the backrail felt, causing part of the problem.
