To remove the hammer rest rail I always removed three of four hammers where I had to bend the?rail hanger that needed to be out of the way to slide the thing out. Yesterday, when?I was putting the rail back on, I had a hell of a time bending the hanger?back. Then it occurred to me that if?I remove the action bracket, I would have more room to bend the hanger. But then it occurred to me that if I would have just removed the action bracket in the first place, I wouldn't need to bend the hanger at all. Is this is a?Duh on my part, and everyone else has been doing it this way all along, or have I just come up something new?
