Todd

In addition to what Dave said, to drag all your equipment, tools, etc. to the customer's house and spending several days there to do the work, in shifts, will be much more expensive in the long run, than moving the piano to your shop once, letting you take several weeks to do the work, and returning it. The most partial restinging you can do is the bass strings.?

Subject: [pianotech] Restringing Q's

I have a client who may be interested in a restringing job.? Not immediately, but in the future.? Does this job HAVE to be done at one time, or can it be broken up into sections?? Do a section once every six months, as the clients budget allows.
