How will you set it up? Figured that I would need to trim about 4mm from the end of the tray where the felt would normally be glued on - or countersink the pilot holes to accommodate the unthreaded part - this would eliminate the use of the adjusting hole as it would be buried. This would also put the tip of the capstan at the same level as the felt. About 6 to 7mm of thread ends would need to be trimmed to avoid protrusion through the bottom of the tray. It would be adjustable but only with a 10mm hex/box wrench. The 10-24 machine bolts are sounding better all the time. Gene
