This is the sliding table for the 7hp Mini Max stroke sander. It has been retrofitted with some sugar pine bars to show the sanding area (see black edges in previously posted photo), since a board is too wide to hit in one pass. Rick also set it up with a pneumatic platen, quite slick I must say. But even still it took quite a bit of calibration to get this thing to within your tolerances. There is a secret to the calibration, you need to hang it out to dry (see picture)...
