Electrical question

It's a humidistat that has a dial control and the DC rods are plugged into
the humidistat. So when the RH gets to whatever the humidistat is set at,
the DC rods are shut off.

???? What does the dial control? The only controllable factor
in the box is the heat.

With the 65° and 55%RH, count on a couple of days. If you get
to something like 80° and 70%RH in the shop, you'll never get
there unless you can get the temperature up to around 110°.
The temperature differential between the shop and the box will
determine the dry time.
