???? What does the dial control? The only controllable factor 
in the box is the heat.

With the 65° and 55%RH, count on a couple of days. If you get 
to something like 80° and 70%RH in the shop, you'll never get 
there unless you can get the temperature up to around 110°. 
The temperature differential between the shop and the box will 
determine the dry time.
