very sophomoric reminder

Holly,
    I tuned one the other day and when I mashed down on the left pedal the keys moved to the right! I fixed it by  by epoxying the wooden things that the keys set on to the bed thing. 
    I'm just wondering how I'm gonna change out the mallets when they get wore out.

  To all tuners and techs: PLEASE check (and if necessary adjust) the una corda function whenever you tune ANY grand piano.

  Maybe it seems obvious, but evidently some need reminding periodically.
