Tom that has got to be one of the all time funniest replies. Thanks for the
belly laugh. (I tried to explain it to my family who wondered what I was
laughing at, but they just didn't get it.)

Holly,

    I tuned one the other day and when I mashed down on the left pedal the
keys moved to the right! I fixed it by  by epoxying the wooden things that
the keys set on to the bed thing. 

    I'm just wondering how I'm gonna change out the mallets when they get
wore out.

To all tuners and techs: PLEASE check (and if necessary adjust) the una
corda function whenever you tune ANY grand piano.

Maybe it seems obvious, but evidently some need reminding periodically.
