Iver's & Pond 46734; butt plates for these hopefully available soon.

I haven't been able to get in touch with Mike Madeira
( Organ Supply )Co.,  the last guy who said he'd make
these. So now I'm looking into fitting brass tubes
over the studs, and using the Scaff plates.
