Veritical Hitches Another Question

Chipping is eliminated by lightly chamfering the holes you drilled. I am
using a stainless steel spring which looks nice by itself, so you will want
to spray the plate first before installing the pins (easier too). This info
Ron Nossaman was kind enough to share with me a while back.

Another question. Those installing vertical hitches, do you find it better
to install before or after you refinish the plate, i.e. are there chipping
problems when you insert them after finishing? Otherwise, masking them all
off seems like a pain.
