Using Microsoft Outlook as your contacts organizer

Hi,

Does anyone have a good system using Microsoft Outlook as their contacts organizer. I have used a program called Maximizer for about 10 years now, and had everything nicely set up. I’m changing because I’d like to sync with my pocket pc. I’m looking for tips on how to have your tuning dates scheduled etc…
