Key-Capstan-Wippen Heel Alignment

Terry,

 From the pictures, it looks like the keys have warped( the spaces 
between the keys seem to correspond with the misalignment)...is that 
right?  Would 'heat and bend' work, at least help get the hole a little 
better aligned?
