thanks for the reminder, David; I have a pair of musicians plugs (-9  
db reduction filters for piano work, and -25 db for loud concerts,  
riding the tube, reading a book over lunch in noisy cafes, etc.) but  
I had stopped using them at some point for piano work. I should start  
using them again.
