This looks quite like a Pape downstrike action. I would say around 1840.

Pfeiffer mentions it in _The Piano Hammer_(pp. 66-67). He quotes Welcker
(writing in 1856, 1864 or 1867) as saying that Greiner has struggled with
this action for "more than twenty-five years."

Does anybody recognize this type of early grand from Germany. I'd like to be
