Hi Jon, Yes, there is no other way but to unslot each one of them Oy vey!!!! And regulate them with the two screws is also another issue. Be sure that both screws are tight when you are regulating the hammer line (don ´t over tight) then is a matter of releasing a bit of tension on one of them to make it go up or down. It requires a lot of patience! If you leave them loose the work you do will change in very little time. As for the parts I have never look for them so I don´t know where to buy them... Good luck!
