Hi Lee,

I once saw a piano such as you describe on a stage dolly, they had used
angle iron for the twin legs to fit on, the angle iron was in turn bolted to
the flat arm end of the stage dolly. Of course the wheels had been removed.
For your application if they want the wheels on it I would think a  caster
cup of some sort attached to the angle iron would suffice. IMHO removing the
wheels would still be the best way to go.
