[pianotech] Door open, but customer not home - what would you do?

Greetings;
 
       If it was a first time customer I would have waited about 20 mins, 
if no show, then left a bill in the door and left. Being the conspiracy 
theorists that I am, it would have crossed my mind that this could have been a 
set up/scam
