containers at 75°F.Anecdotal information: A former chapter member cited a
rebuild he had used cold hide glue for gluing several soundboard shims. As
he started chip tuning it after restringing, he was greatly distressed to
see the shims rising up from the soundboard! Yes, he had used stuff that had
been on the shelf for some time.
So he had to tear things down and start over agin, this time with HOT hide
glue.
