[pianotech] New Asian piano that will not hold a tuning

Greetings,
 
          If the pinblock is not seated properly up to the plate, it could 
be "rocking" under all its tension... or maybe it has not enough tunings 
from the factory or possibly it is just drying out from being in a humid 
enviroment where it was built.
