Sorry, read these after I sent mine in.  I have good luck with having them
brazed.  Find a good welder and make sure they line them up perfectly down
the rail or you will be in for a lot of extra work later on.

The L bracket thingees are broken or loose on the damper lift rail.

A client today had a Kimball console. When I depressed the damper pedal, 
most of the dampers in the bass didn't budge, until the mid tenor when they 
barely started lifting, and then by the time you looked at the treble, they 
were away from the strings by an inch or more. Is there some underlying 
issue here besides regulation?
