Now I cannot really say that I have a surface that I know to be really flat, but I tried the old Everett stick on a couple. What I came up with surprised me. With the Everett upside down, there is one mm crown in the middle. When it is right side up, I am getting both ends about one mm higher than the middle - negative crown! One thing was just added to my "to buy list" in Grand Rapids, a better key leveling stick. Thank you Jerry!
