[pianotech] Leveling keys

I can think of one good reason.   You have to go uphill when playing in the lower register up towards the treble and of course it does get easier going after the middle of the piano.   Playing downward is the same problem.   Better off just keeping it flat the entire way or if going up is difficult, then slope downwards towards the treble...and vice a versa...
