Hi David,

I agree with you, this is not moving damage.  The crack they heard was probably the legs or other case parts shifting.  The crack appears to be along a glue line in the board.

A furniture repair fellow I do work for, emailed me some photos for a moving claim.  From the info given, I thought it wasn't moving damage.  What do you guys think?
