Could be Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers, but they ain't!<G> If you are referring to the ones that Steinaha uses, they are actually Rubber Bolt Caps; Schaff Catalog, pg. 137. Part number: 359.
OR, you could do it right and line the bottom of  pedal hole with thick shoe leather and bush the rest of the hole with action cloth. That's the way they usetadoit!<G> Suggest a bit of VJ lube on the Rubber and it'll insert easier and lessen the chance of rubber squeaks. DAMHIK!
