A client referred a Russian piano teacher to me a few years ago .On her voice messagge to me she managed to get quite a few complaints in about previous tuners.
35 years ago my first mentor told me this :
"If the last tuner was as bum you will be the next"
She was also on the outside of my territory and I envisioned a series of inevitable treks to correct who knows what.
I told her that with regrets I was not accepting any new clients and she complained about that too!
Listen to your inner voice , unless it tells you that a trip to the Casino is a good idea.
