[pianotech] Retrofitting a Steinway w/adjustable back action

I have done this. But when retrofitting an existing system such as the one in a
S&S it's a lot of extra work.
 
Installing capstans in the rail is really quite simple and works well.

 I can understand why one would modify the existing system if the backaction is
not being replaced. However, if the backaction is being replaced, why not order
and install these instead?
