Haven't done CLP but I did spill some super glue on a hammer when
replacing Baldwin butt leathers. Took a while to needle it out. But did
use superglue once on top trebble hammers. Customer liked it.

Hi List,

Well, I did something stupid today. I was almos done working on an
action
in my shope when I grabbed a bottle of Protek CLP, I opened it up and
almost
dropped it. BUT, in the process of dropping it, I spilled some onto the
striking point of about 4 hammers in the mid treble section. Never had
that
happen before. I imagine it will mess up the tone of these hammers? I'm
hoping it won't but, what are your suggestions? This just happened about
1
hour ago. I hate it when stuff like that happens!!!

Thanks,

Jer
