Since I'm only using one thing, I create my appointments as Sales Orders (not included in the accounting part yet) for that date.   The day before the appointment, I turn the Sales Order into a Customer Invoice and print it and take it with me.
There's also Customer Quotes, so if a person calls for an estimate on services, I create a quote and use that as a follow up.
