I repair nothing that "plugs" in. (unless it's a Disklavier). Keyboards have nothing to do with pianos other than the keys. My advise would be to send them to the dealer in their area who sells such stuff. You're a PIANO TECHNICIAN, not a keyboard fixer. Unless you wish to get into that kind of thing, just send them along to some sort of electronic keyboard specialist. Several weeks ago I received a call from a retirement home about a non-functioning damper pedal, and I just got off the phone with a church that has two sticking keys on their keyboard.
