Hi Wim,

Why do you not take advanatage of the list by asking advice here before
shooting yourself in the foot? (I think that is how most of the folks here
see a 30% discount).

Direct mail advertising (which is what those cards were) can at best expect
about a 10% return. One to two percent is more usual. So if you got ten
calls from the "promotion" you did very well. If you are willing to follow
up the cards a week later with a phone call response may approach 10%.

Do some research on marketing. 

I'd love to see your website. Please post the url?
