[pianotech] Bass damper felt

Hi, I have to replace the bass strings and dampers on an old Mason & Hamlin "A". There are a few bicord dampers that have two semi-circular cuts so they act as single strings dampers on bichords. I've attached a drawing and was wondering if any of you know if these are available somewhere and if yes, where.
