[pianotech] Fixing stripped screws

I have a customer with a S&S whose action is very gummy with verdigris. The
hammers still go up and down, albeit very slowly. Customer can't/won't
afford to do the work the piano really needs (i.e. rebuild), so I'd like to
try something like this.

Can someone provide more info to the list about this procedure? e.g.
spray/pour it over the whole stack? How much heat would one use? e.g. 'til
it smokes? How long has anyone been doing this? Less than a year? Three
years? (to get SOME idea of how long it may last.)

Thanks,
