You mean, like all of us second/third career people who weren't born
with a tuning fork in our mouth?

Yes, there probably is.  Them are tuners and then them are tooners.

Results are what counts. There are talented folks who can play/tune
piano amazingly well w/o practicing. Mere mortals generally
maintain/improve skills through constant use.
