[pianotech] O.T. What do you do to keep fit?

A vegetarian diet, moderate exercise, and yoga do wonders for a wide variety
of ailments. Pills can certainly be beneficial for some things, but life
requires living, not sitting home sucking down meds and complaining about
everything. And when the pills don't work is the time to investigate
alternatives... actually by that time it's getting to the point that it will
soon be a bit late for that, but still better late than never.
